Noah Ruiz a resident in Ohio was tangled in a scuffle with three guys for forcing him to use women's toilets. This incident happened at a campground in Preble County in Camden, Ohio where Ruiz had gone to ease himself.
Speaking to the local news channel Fox 19 Noah Ruiz gave the account of how he was attacked, "I was using the bathroom, and she just started shouting. She was like, 'Who the f*** is in here?' And I replied, 'I am.' My girlfriend replied, 'I am as well.' She was like, 'No man should be in this bathroom. If you're a man you need to use a man's bathroom.' And I was like, 'I'm transgender. I have woman body parts, and I was told to use this bathroom.'" he said.
The ladies inside the restrooms raised their voices and caught the attention of people who were outside. The owner (Rick Cross) of the place also arrived and tried to explain how Ruiz was a Trans man but his pleading wasn't given the much-needed attention rather they just attacked him
The 20-year-old Ruiz took his frustration to Twitter and posted " But the men who jumped me ran and took off, Rick Cross was assaulted as well for trying to help me but everyone was intoxicated and not listening to anyone but themselves" he posted.
After a few minutes, the police came in and arrested Ruiz for Disorderly conduct and obstructing official business. The Sherriff of Preble County Micheal Simpson said that his deputies weren't aware of the assault, Ruiz was highly intoxicated, and he was becoming aggressive to the large crowd that had gathered.
The police confirmed that the three men that assaulted Ruiz are at large and are yet to be put under custody. " after interviews, authorities will consult the prosecutor's office to see if charges will be filed."
Noah Ruiz survived with a few bruises but still hopes to get fair justice from the authorities.
